The class will discuss the various violations that are common within Peoria. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, the Montecito Senior Living will be hosting its 20th-anniversary party and Peoria Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting ceremony. It takes place from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Montecito Senior Living, 17271 N. 87th Avenue. There will be wine, soft drinks, appetizers, live entertainment and a chance to win prizes. Another event on Wednesday, Oct. 16 is the New Member Orientation and Networking Social. It takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Resort Lifestyle Communities Arrowhead Valley, 20025 N 81st Avenue.
