Sen. Gray also has track record

In response to the Johnsons from last week writing that “Track records matter,” they sure do and that’s why my husband and I are supporting Sen. Rick Gray. He has been committed to and deeply involved in our community, volunteering and serving in various capacities for more than a decade.

Gray is and always has been a supporter of public education. He also supports allowing parents, who know their children and what is best for them, to decide where to send their kids to school. He voted for the largest pay increase in recent history as part of Gov. Ducey’s 20-by-2020 plan.
Gray voted for Propositions 301 and 123, which put millions of dollars into public education and the classroom. He also voted to fully restore funding to career and technical education programs.

While education is a big issue, Gray also has a “track record” of working across the aisle with many and from what I understand, is well respected at the Capitol. He recently worked on a bipartisan bill known as the “The Officer Craig Tiger Act,” which provides critical treatment to all first responders dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. For this he was awarded “State Senator of the Year” from the Arizona Police Association.

On top of all this, he has broad bipartisan support and has been endorsed by police, firefighters, doctors, nurses, Realtors, many in the business community, along with many others, which can be viewed at VoteRickGray.com

This broad bipartisan support that Gray has is because he is known to be someone who will listen to all sides but ultimately makes the best decisions for our community as a whole, those he represents. So, back to that “track record.” My husband and I, along with our family and friends, will be joining this rather large bipartisan group of supporters and proudly vote for Gray, the person we believe has the best comprehensive track record and his constituents and community’s best interest at heart.

We urge everyone to join us in re-electing Gray.
