Three free community service classes about living free of dementia will be presented by Dr. Timothy Gerhart, local author of the recently published “Living Free of Dementia” book and founder of Renovare Brain Wellness Clinic.

All three classes are from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fridays: “Steps to Boost Energy for Peak Brain and Digestive Wellness and Preventing Diabetes” on September 27, “Steps to Eating and Supplementing for Peak Brain Performance” on October 18, and “Steps to Detox, Immune Balance and Movement for Peak Brain Performance” on November 15.

Research studies show that dementia does not need to be feared. Prevention and sometimes reversal of dementia is often possible through therapeutic lifestyle change. Typically, people develop dementia over many years as a result of their lifestyles failing to fit their unique needs.

These classes focus on the root causes of brain degeneration and what can be done. Brain health depends on high-level cellular energy, optimal blood sugar and insulin regulation, brain smart eating, optimal magnesium, glutathione, essential fatty acid levels, inner peacefulness and effective detoxification.
