Peoria’s Promax Property Services has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at a vacation or primary home while the owner is not in residence.

Promax owners Stan and Magdalena Fit pride themselves on building long-term relationships and maintaining trust with their clients. They moved to Arizona in 2004, and in 2009 they settled in the North Peoria area. They have been homeowners and have managed several investment properties over the years. The Fits come from families that have owned and operated businesses, so they understand how to cater to their clients, who put trust in their hands.

Stan has more than 19 years of experience in all types of property maintenance and repair, including operating and maintaining a family-owned, 45-room motel property in Colorado. As a home re-modeler, landlord and property manager, performing residential and commercial maintenance and repairs, he can spot minor issues before they become catastrophic for any property. Stan has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional.

Magdalena is a licensed real estate broker and has a BBA in management and marketing. The Fits believe the little things make them unique.
