Vistancia opening luxury golf villa-styled community

Homes were architecturally inspired to capture the best in energy efficiency and luxury golf course living

Eagle Crest, a new luxury golf villa-style neighborhood located within the private, gated Blackstone at Vistancia golf course community is set to open.

David Weekley Homes will welcome the new neighborhood on Saturday, June 22.

Featuring a distinctive selection of 28 homesites within walking distance of the award-winning Blackstone Country Club, Eagle Crest offers golf course and mountain views from nearly every angle. The intimate enclave of David Weekley’s Energy Saver single-level homes are nestled around Blackstone’s 10th hole and were architecturally inspired to capture the best in energy efficiency and luxury golf course living.

Eagle Crest in Blackstone at Vistancia will offer a selection of five golf villa-styled floor plans ranging from 1,737 to 2,086 square feet and including two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two-car garages.

“David Weekley Homes has been a premier luxury builder in Blackstone at Vistancia since 2012. Eagle Crest will be the last new home neighborhood to open within our 500-acre private community, and we’re extremely pleased to introduce these golf villa-styled homes as our final collection of options for buyers,” said Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia.

Blackstone at Vistancia residents enjoy a 12-hour guard-gated private entrance; a neighborhood park including a half basketball court, children’s play structure, recreational lawn and shade ramadas; and a natural walking path that runs along the main roadway corridor of the community.

The award-winning Vistancia community has ranked No. 1 Master-Planned Community by Ranking Arizona for six consecutive years and is located in Peoria, set amongst a mountain backdrop.
