CouryGraph Productions wins 2 Hermes awards

CouryGraph Productions, creator of KKAT-IPTV and Glendale Daily Planet, was recently honored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) with a 2018 Platinum Hermes Creative Award for Internet news presentation.
Volunteers whowill appear on this year’s Platinum Hermes Creative Award  certificate are:
Ed Sharpe, Bette Sharpe, Jeff Turney, Lisa Holstine, Randy Miller, Patricia Gutierrez, Ray Strahl, Diana Strahl, Ron Morrison, Marcelena Olea, Jagmeet Singh, Michelle Sandstrom, Chuck Foy, Al Luna/aka Grumpy, Josie Ayon and Gina Carter.
An individual 2018 Gold Hermes Creative Award went to reporter/photographer Bette Sharpe, CouryGraph Productions - Gold 2018 Hermes Creative Award Winner for “The West Valley Foundation 2018 César Chávez Breakfast.” The entry was syndicated to other print publications, as well. Her article documented the event and the winners of the diversity awards presented by the West Valley Foundation and also Councilman Jamie Aldama’s office to deserving awardees.
Bette Sharpe said, “I am very pleased that our work has been recognized. I enjoy photography and it allows me to visually tell stories that might otherwise go untold.”
Another 2018 individual 2018 Gold Hermes Creative Award went to publisher/editor Ed Sharpe for “Your Television World Is About To Change! ATSC 3.0 And YOU!”
The  article served to educate and also served as a warning to people about to purchase new flat screen televisions it might be good to hold off until the ATSC 3.0 compliant  units are  on the sale floor. For more information see www.glendaledailyplanet.com.
