Geraldine E. Jordan-Cutlip, 97, of Sun City, died April 8, 2017. She was born March 14, 1920 in Braxton County, W.V. She lived in Ohio for 47 years, before moving to Arizona in 1970.
When God beckoned her to come home, she joined her husband and true love, Leo Jordan, and her oldest son, William, in heaven.
Mrs. Jordan-Cutlip was the last of nine children of the late Sherman and Alverda Cutlip. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Host, Jean Greenwalt and Julie Bowersock; son, Melvin Jordan of Florida; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and any baby she ever held. She touched the lives of everyone she met, especially the 100-plus foster babies she cared for.
A celebration of life for this very special mother, grandmother, aunt and friend will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 8.
